It is a "folk" song / a Portuguese music style called FADO .
This is Dulce Pontes singing as a tribute to Amália Rodrigues, the Original singer. However, when Amália recorded this song, her voice was already very aged, inspite of still beautifull. Thats why I choosed to upload Dulce's Live performance (This was Amália's birthday in 1995).

*- This poem was written by Amália Rodrigues and included in one of her Last original studio Álbuns, some sixteen years before her death.
PS - Dulce Pontes also sung the Classic Version of "Canção do Mar" (Another song from Amália), recently remixed and re-named "Harem" sung by Sarah Brightman.
This video is dedicated to my Grandmother who died today. This was the Last song we heard together. I will never forget you, and I thank you for all you gave me. A part of me is this way because of you. Rest In Peace, you will always live in my memory.
